Teachers’ capacity building training organized by ARM, Baliapal
The teachers training programme of 3 days duration has been conducted at ARM campus from 21st December to 23rd December 09 under the expertise support of ANWESHANA,Bhubaneswar.About 30 Primary & Nodal School teachers attended the 3 day training and interacted with the Resource Person Mr.Ajat Kumar Sahu on various facts of improved teaching,learning,class organization and school management. The specific coverage of courses for the 3 day training programme is as under.
• Techniques of problem identification and its solution.
• Individual functioning for school activities.
• Understanding school leadership.
• Effective school functioning skills.
• Tips on intra school team work as well as exercising child rights.
The training programme has been conducted under SCRDC project of ARM, Baliapal supported by ACA, Denmark.
